Harri Hintikka has 18 years of wide and cross-functional experience in business development, project management, strategy, and finance. Since late 2018 Harri has been the finance lead and management team member of AGCO Power. Before this Harri was leading a large (~100mUSD) new product development program. Harri’s career includes also international experiences like, global ERP project in Germany, engine factory setup in China and member of AGCO’s Strategy & Integration group.

Tuomo Riihonen is a hands-on international leader of business development, finance and management with close to twenty years of business experience at demanding leader positions at stock-listed companies Ahlstrom, Metsä Board, Uponor, Kingspan and LapWall. He also had a key role at two IPO projects; Ahlstrom in 2006 & LapWall in 2022 having listed on Helsinki Nasdaq stock exchange. During his career Tuomo has also worked & studied several years at Germany, Austria and South Korea.
